Let's start with a simple question:
Do you find yourself unhappy with your life and unsure how to change it?
Most people in their 20s do.
The key to transformation lies in becoming aware of your daily actions. Small, everyday habits can lead to big successes, while ignoring them can lead nowhere.
Here, you will learn a new perspective on your daily actions, making your life more meaningful. You will also learn how to become more confident so that nothing gets in the way of pursuing your dreams.
Let’s dive in.
The question that changes everything
Your life is shaped by your daily actions and every meaningful action takes effort.
Effort requires energy.
And energy comes from purpose.
You won't do anything valuable until you know why at the first place you're doing it.
Here is the question: What's the reason behind your to do list?
Without a real reason, you'll quit the moment it gets hard.
Most people skip this step and eventually they fail.
They set goals because they think they should, not because they actually want to. They start businesses because it sounds impressive (then wonder why they can't push through the hard parts).
It's really important to know what you're working for.
There is a simple but powerful system→
Discipline make you start working BUT the why behind your do-to list is the motivation to continue and to help you go through the tough times when everything you’re doing seems pointless.
Once you clarify the purpose behind your actions, life become easier and meaningful. But you need to be brave because if you’re not happy and want to change your life, that may require making scary decisions and having some uncomfortable discussions.
Let me share an example from my life to illustrate this point.
When I decided to quit university, my family wasn’t really happy about it. I could already picture the uncomfortable conversations, with “What are you going to do now?” being the scariest question.
But honestly I realised that a 15-minute conversation might feel scary right now, but it could save me 4 years of studying something I didn’t like.
It’s really important to figure out what truly matters to you. Don’t let fear hold you back from trying something new!
A lot of people avoid that because it seems scary and unpredictable, but sometimes, you just have to take that risk, to discover new opportunities and build your life based on your personal values and desires.
Confidence Through Competence
You need to understand something important here: your confidence can open many doors for growth in life, helping you find friends, partners, and better jobs.
Usually people don’t take risks because they lack confidence.
But how do you become more confident?
No book, course, or degree will make you more confident than actually doing the thing you want to get better at.
You want to be confident talking to people? Start conversations.
You want to be confident in your business? Start building it.
You want to be confident in your decisions? Start making them on your own.
Real life practice is what drives change.
However, there’s something that threatens your path to growth every single day, and you might not realise how negatively it affects your subconscious confidence:
social media is your biggest confidence enemy.
Why?
In today’s world, social media often makes people feel ashamed of themselves. On platforms like Instagram, you see perfect bodies and wealthy people driving million-dollar cars. This can make you feel inadequate and question your own worth and skills. You end up comparing yourself to these confident people you see online.
But let’s break that illusion with some real numbers:
Instagram has 2 billion monthly active users. Only 4% of them have more than 100k followers. That’s about 80 million accounts.
Now remove fan pages, brand accounts, bots—and you’re left with far fewer actual people.
What you’re comparing yourself to…Isn’t even real.
Don’t let that stop you from building your confidence.
Confidence comes from competence.
And competence comes from repetition.
If you wanna become more confident, you need to become better at what you're doing and the only way to do that is through practice.
Here's your challenge for next week:
Step 1: Write your to-do list. Next to each task, write your why. If you can't think of a compelling reason, delete the task.
example:
- wake up at 7 - because I want to have more time for myself
- go to the gym - because I want to feel more comfortable with my body
- prepare lunch - because I want to be healthy and energetic person
- ...
Step 2: Pick one area where you want more confidence.
Take one small action in that area every day for 7 days:
- If you want to speak better than start one conversation with a stranger
- If you want to launch a project, then work on it for 30 minutes daily
- If you want to become more independent, make one choice without asking anyone's opinion
Each action is proof you can do hard things.
Why this works -> Because confidence comes from evidence.
Every time you act despite fear, you're building a case file of your own capability. That's real confidence—not the fake kind you see online, but the kind that comes from knowing you can handle whatever comes next.
You don't need a perfect plan.
You just need to start.
That's all for this week.
Thank you for reading.
See you next week!
